Not comletely legal...and even if it were federal law over rides states...haven't you seen the med marijauna in CA??

It's not now...but we are still working on it...

The government can't keep the lie up much longer...people know that marijuana is not nearly as harmful as they try making it out to be.

I am more concerned with my son trying harder drugs than pot...in fact I would be more angry if he come home drunk than if he come home high....but I would still be pi**ed!

Even the states and/or counties that have passed medical marijuana laws are still having trouble because it is against federal law everywhere.

In Alaska, up to four ounces is legal under state law as long as it is confined to your home.

In California and other states it is legal for medicinal use under state law.

I know that in Alaska up to 4 oz. is legal for personal home use.

It is not legal anywhere in the US....however a doctor can prescribe small amouts to cancer patients.

yes in california to the elderly with only a few months to live and are turmally ill.

no and be carefull if you decied to use it in united states as police have murderd many people over this harmless substance
