which is the slackest department to work for in a company?

For example I see Human Resources and IT department basically collect a check they are never in their offices and if they are they are playing video games. I have been working for many different fortune 500 companies in the accounting department and wow do I earn my check if you know what I mean.

Maintenance is our slack department. I mean getting paid for nothing, but showing up. Wow, and they still complain!
