i just want to tell him that i will always wait for him no matter what
but i dont kno how to write it i want it to be romantic and sweet and funny

Well in the card say this "Dear (put the boy's name),
you are really sweet and I like you very much. You are so kind and funny. Your (put his eye color) is so charming.
Love,
(then put your name)

Tell him all you want for Xmas is to be with him and hang out with him, like go to a movie or something. Make sure to tell him how much you like him and how funny it is
If you guys have an inside joke I'd put that on the card as well just to get a little giggle in there.
Other then that its all up to you, I wish I could tell you more but without knowing what type of guys he is or anything to the extent I cant help you as much as I would like to...

well how about you start with telling the truth like, i just want to tell you that i will always wait for you no matter what and im always here and if he doesnt know you like him then tell him, if he likes you back or has good feelings for you he will most likely be happy with the card.
