It is NOT illegal in ANY state that I know of (and i'm in the business). While some states have laws concerning the publication of explicit materials, they all refer to printed publication. Gotta love the internet. . . If you have anymore questions feel free to ask amateur_designs@yahoo.com

I imagine everything of a sexual nature is illegal in Idaho. You have to be careful with such sites like that the government watches them very closely and so do the news programs such as Dateline. I would try find another way to make money.
