I have 3 children and for each of my pregnancies I was in the same position. I actually started throwing up the day after conception each time and although preg. results didn't show I was pregnant. I was sick throughout the nine months continuing to throw up on the delivery days. But then the real miracle happens and you quickly forget what you went through.
I was very careful with what I ate. I ate a lot of fruits and veggies. Meat and just the smell of meat made me ill. I took prescription pills everyday to help fend off the nausea and although I was sick everyday I was able to function.
Hopefully for you it will start to settle down in the next few weeks. Try to keep some saltines next to the bed and prior to getting up in the morning have a couple. Eat small meals and see what works for your body. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of fluids also.
Hope this helps.
Take care of yourself and your little one.
Best wishes

Don't eat anything heavy on your stomach. Yogurt and Orange Juice made me really sick and it lasted close to 3 months. What worked for my friend who had morning sickness through her whole pregnancy is to suck on a piece of hard candy as soon as she woke up. Also my doctor said to take the prenatal vitamin right before you went to bed because that way the sickness feeling will happen while you are sleeping and you wont feel it. If it gets really bad and it is effecting your weight talk to your doctor. There is medicine out there that can help you with the nausea. Good luck and don't forget that it hopefully wont last long. It is all worth it in the end.

You sound like me at 8 weeks. i got here across that eating sturdy meals on the instantaneous purely did not artwork. attempt ingesting be sure or boost. those labored for me. Drink one at the same time as your hungry and enable it settle, be constructive to take small sips as no longer to crush your abdomen, and then attempt eating something. yet when the foodstuff comes decrease back up purely drink the be sure or boost. Your husband needs to relax, morning (all day) disease isn't basic to address. Your no longer being a nasty mom or a nasty spouse. at the same time as i change into dealing with morning disease i do not save in thoughts even getting away from mattress. and that i lost 10lbs earlier my 2d trimester because of each and every of the throwing up. yet that change right into a sturdy ingredient. i'm 22 weeks now and believe me when I say the load stuck decrease back up with me lol. And the morning disease ended round eleven or 12 weeks, it doesn't very last. when I lost the 10lbs i change into 129 now i'm 149. purely drink the be sure or boost and many water to save your self hydrated and also you and your infant will be effective.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and eating. I found that my nausea acted up when i was hungry so i carried around all sorts of snacks. Crackers do somtimes work, but everyone is different. Eat a bunch of small meals in a day instead of 3 big ones. Hope it gets better :)

Peppermint helps with pregnancy related nausea. Also crackers. I have been told that some dr's may prescribe you medicine that is used specifically for morning sickness and the effects of that!

Eat small meals through out the day, suck on some ginger candies or eat ginger cookies and when you wake up sit up slowly and sit there for a good 10 to 20 mins. Good Luck

if you go to a maternity store they have lollipops for nausea and you can eat saltine crackers when this happens, it really helps a lot. I wouldn't eat anything other than that during your periods of nausea, but when these periods are over, eat regularly, and enough for the babe.

Yes! Ask your doctor or midwife to prescribe Diclectin. There are more studies about taking this during pregnancy than Tylenol. It's perfectly safe and very effective.
Otherwise, try ginger tea and try to keep a full tummy.
