You must have the CELL CONSTANT to do this properly.
Resistance and Conductance are reciprocals. But to go from
Conductance to ConductIVITY, you need the Cell Constant.
It's different for each probe, and should be easy to find on the probe you're using. Find that and get back to me.

The setting 20 k means 20 kilo ohms or 20,000 ohms
The Conductivity is the reciprocal of R.
Conductivity = 1/R units are mhos
.22 K = .22 x 10^3 = 220 ohms

Conductivity = 1 / resistance. The K stands for Kilo meaning thousand. On the 20K scale a reading of 0.22 probably means 0.22 thousand ohms or 220 ohms. I say probably because the 20K scale just means it cannot show any value over 20K, but it doesn't really tell me how the meter displays a value it can register, but most likely it displays Kohms, so 1.0 would be 1K and 15.0 would be 15K and 0.22 would be 220. A resistance of 220 ohms is a conductance of 1/220 or 0.004545... Siemens, formerly called mhos, as in ohms spelled backwards (OK, ohm spelled backwards with the s added to make it plural). It could also be expressed as 4.5454... mS (millisiemens, where milli means thousandth).

When you set a meter to 20K, then the maximum resistance it can read is 20KOhms, or 20,000 Ohms (K=Kilo=1000). If you measure .22 at that scale, then you are measuring .22KOhms, or 220Ohms. Conductivity is measured in either Mhos, or Seimens and is the reciprocal of Resistance. So for our example C = 1/220 = .0045454545 Mhos or 4.54mMhos
