Does Cingular's Go Phone have a sim card in it?

My daughter lost her cell phone and I'm trying to find a cheap replacement that I can put a sim card in.

I do believe they do. Cingular and Tmobile both use sim cars because they are both on the GSM network but the cards are not interchangable unless you have an "unlocked" phone. Verizon and Sprint operate on CDMA i think.
