havent used this website in A LONG time but i was pretty good when i used it www.freewebs.com they have a free version that will give you a website like: www.freewebs.com/websitename or you can pay and get a website like this: www.websitename.com they have some cool website making software that you dont need to download and some pretty neat templates to chose from
