While not a James Bond movie, I used to love Roger Moore in "The Saint," a television series. I never liked any James Bond movie regardless of the actors.

Octopussy... Purely for the great one liner...
He's in bed with the blonde and says "do you mind me asking, what's that?" As he pointed to a tattoo of an octopus around the girls neather regions. "Oh no, that's my little Octopussy!" the girl says. The sparkle in Roger Moore's eye from this remark gets me every time! ha ha!
