Try baby blues and olive greens sometimes you might can even pull of yellows, I have brunette hair and a olive skin tone, i wear those and i get compliments everytime i wear them!

i would say like a dark/olive green color.

if you are talking makeup, go for purples, golds, and coral colors. if you are talking clothes, go for bold color.
