DONT cover them up! In the fashion world, women would love to have them!! Its unique and beautiful. The lady that I work for just dyed her hair an orange color (including her eyebrows) and she has very fair skin. She uses alot of peach tones and makes sure that it looks natural. Thats good for an everyday look.
Practice with brushes, learn what they do. learn to blend your makeup well. Magazines are a great source of information. Mimic what they do and practice at it. If applied right, all colors will look great and keep the freckles showing. Im one of those that are jealous :)

Of course, having the freckles, I understand that you may not like having your freckles show, so here's my advice for that. Start with a foundation appropriate for your face, and then follow up with a really excellent concealer. I have no recommendation on this score - some people go with a drugstore brand and love it, others go for a more expensive brand and swear by it. I'd personally recommend at least a higher-end drugstore brand, if not a department store brand. Concealer, like foundation, is often a get what you pay for scenario, and with something like freckles, you're going to really want the product to stay on all day and cover very well. You should get a concealer that matches your skin tone and dab it gently on top of the freckle. Remember that concealer should sit on top of the skin, not absorb into it. Blend the edges so you don't look like you have chicken pox and top it off with a little powder. That should do a pretty good job of hiding them, but remember, the more contrast in color between your freckle and your face, the less likely it will hide well. Don't be surprised if you can't hide them completely. If that's the case, you may have to go for option #1 after all.

Tips for Clothing -
Layout your clothes before putting them on and check the proportions. Juggle jackets, scarves & belts to re-arrange the clothes to get the look you want.

* Thinner fabrics are more slimming.
* Tops and bottoms of one color will make you look thinner.
* Wear clothes that fit.
* Wearing too large clothes will exaggerate your figure not hide it.
* Avoid belts unless you have a slim waist.
* Use accessories carefully.

You can make your wardrobe impressive with mix and match jewelry.

Shoes depend less on you body shape than you height. Do not buy clothes on impulse. Plan before you buy a blouse or pants. Be somewhat scientific about shopping, consider your body type, and colors.

Hope this helps!

I have red hair and freckles too. Don't cover them up. If you have to, use a light foundation that matches your skin tone exactly. For eyes, try brown or gold-tinted shadow. And why on earth would you want to change yourself to get noticed by a guy? Anyone worth your time is going to like you for you.

well, for starters, don't cover those freckles!!! Try philosophy supernatural as your base- it is light and will give you an even slate w/o covering those great freckles. with your coloring, I would stay with neutral makeup, cream and maybe a little brown with gold shadow, clear mascara and a neutral lip. Origins makeup is good for your coloring, stop by a counter at the department store and ask for a makeover- they are FREE!!

Do you have very fair skin? I do and I use Rimmel Matte Finish pressed powder in Translucent. It's about $4 and you can get it at Wal-Mart. It covers my freckles very well. (and it doesn't come with a buff, so you'll have to buy one seperately)

I hope this works for you and you can get the guy you want! :)

although u may want to cover your freckles..DONT! use a makeup that covers your imperfections but lets ur natural beauty including your freckles shine through...i reccomend bare minerals..its good for your skin and it looks natural, they also have eyeshadows and lipsticks and everything else u can think of, and they come in a variety of colors that would complement fair skin and red hair

being noticed by a guy shouldn't effect your hair colour. I would recomend a fair foundation, but otherwise don't change yourself. Myabe you should slap on a bit of lip-gloss or mascara every now and then. Try slightly girlier clothes, but please don't change yourself, espeically for a guy, that's the worst thing you can do....trust me! Good luck and I hope I help! :) xx

i heard that when you have freckels that you should not cover them up, instead maybe go and get a skin brightener. im not sure exactly what it's called but i seen it on a makeover tv show. it supposed to give your skin a shiny glow to excensuate your freckels; they are cute i think! also i seen recently an idea to put blue eyeliner on; im going to try that but who knows.!
