Not much is known about Kingdom Hearts 3, there's a rumor is that it will be a prequel to the series, but it could amount to only a rumor. Remember that Kairi DID find a note with the king's seal on it, so somebody must need Sora's help again. I think that he will have some sort of significance in Kingdom Hearts 3, but for the moment his last installment was landing in Destiny Islands at the end of Kingdom Hearts 2.

? Last? Its unconfirmed wether he'll make an apperance in three since its a prequel to Kingdom Hearts 1.
