I will be in florida for 1 week for my honeymoon and looking at renting a car, but we will spend alot of time at our fab resort and also 2 days in Disney so I was wondering if we would be better off just taking public traspo?

yes it is and it's cheap too..... i went to orlando in may last year. i stayed in a hotel off internationl drive (i think it was drive). anyway, there is a bus line that runs right on that street and it takes you to seaworld, close to universal and to two outlets malls. you get the ticket for the bus from a cvs or rite aid (cant remember which) and it's only about 3-7 dollars. i think it's $3 for one day $5 for 3 days and $7 for a week. they have maps on most of the bus stops to help. i noticed a lot of people (from all over the world) using the bus/metro. it's real easy and i would recomend it.

You can get a LYNX (our system here in florida coveres from extreme north Orlando to extreme south) week pass for a good price. on international drive they have really nice trolleys in the more urban areas the busses are ok. a 7 day pass cost 12 dollars

Yes! Disney offers rides to locations around Orlando. Try going to Downtown Disney and check out Pleasure Island.
