That's bad. Plenty of room for improvement.

Whether it is bad or not really depends on your partner. Open, honest communications about whether he/she minds how long you last, and whether they feel it's important to the relationship that you "improve."

Unfortunately, porn movies create the unrealistic expectation that every guy should be able to go for 24 hours, and then climax on demand. This is NOT reality. Average Time I've heard quoted is 2 and a half to 4 minutes, so you're not too far off the mark. Of course, I'm wondering who these supermen are who can hold out 2 minutes!!!

Why avoid foreplay?!

As far as lasting at sex, the more you have it, the better you'll get. Sounds like odd advice I know, but you have to de-sensitize the nerves on the penis. Also, when you're doing the deed, try not to think about it so much, the more you concentrate on it, the quicker you'll finish.

Why don't you go read a book? Get your mind on something wholesome.
