Predator's got too many weapons. He's at least as strong as Kraven but the high-tech stuff he carries around will make the difference. It will be like trying to overcome portable Star Trek tech.. too much for the big game hunter.

Kraven is a mere human. Predator has superhuman strength, reflexes, etc. And high tech weaponry. Predator all the way!
