I was at a party on Saturday night. I got a little drunk, and I was talking with a guy friend that I have known for about a year. On Monday, we exchanged some funny emails about things that happened at the party. One of his emails made reference to me saying some things that he surprised him. I knew that I was being bold and flirty, so I emailed him back and asked him if I propositioned him and apologized if I said anything inappropriate. He emailed me back and said the following :
"I don't recall any propositions...but it is flattering to know that the risk was there."
How do I interpret that, and how do I respond ? I might be interested in having fun with the guy. I know he is married, so please don't read me the riot act, just interpret for me.

He is interested in you and feeling wonderful because of the attention you gave him... I think he would accept further advances if you so chose that route... Remember he is married, and more than likely he will stay that way no matter how heated a relationship with you would get... So just keep that in mind and be careful...

Interpret this, if you are saying that you might be interested in having fun with this married man, then you are a s l u t!!
What he was saying is that, the risk to cheat on his wife was their with you being a ho! You must have come off really easy if the thought there was risk involved.

if he's married it would be best to just get out of this all together he really has no business talking in the manner he already is, if he's unhappy tell him when he is divorced look you up this will save you a lot of hurt and dont get cought up in that married guy attraction some girls do because they never divorce there wives usually, and girls never think about when there wife finds out you ever seen a wife mad about the other girl be sure you can handle that chances are no matter how big she is she'll win Good Luck KIMBUR

How do you respond? You don't. You just let it go at what it is now.
I think you did the right thing by apologizing for how you behaved at the party. He responded that he was flattered by the attention. That's it...no more needs to be said. Just make sure that you don't drink too much if he's at your next party!

What's to interpret? Sounds like he said what he meant: he was flattered that you might find him attractive enough to flirt with. Open and shut case. Don't try to read too much into it, if you do and you're wrong (one way or the other) it could be bad.

He was feeling you out. Married guys do it all the time. The fun part is the chase. You can play along, but DO NOT get upset if he offers you more than you are comfortable with.
Go ahead an bang him. It will make his year.

He sounds like a gentleman and you sound like a tramp. You know he is married. That should be it. Why do you want to screw around with the lives of this couple? Are you that hard up? Can't you find single men?

Why are you talking to a married man because what ever he does to his wife he will do the same thing to you because if he don't respect her how in the heck do you think he would respect and be faithful to you

Well, I suppose the guy was telling you that he's willing to cheat on his wife with you. So, he basically is letting you know that he's a low life, and he's hoping that it wasn't just booze talking, and that you are slutty enough to be interested in screwing around with him.
