Koriand'r is a trained warrior, Angelica is a nice girl who did not want to be like the hellions that Emma Frost was training her with. There would be an awful fight, but Koriand'r would win.

Cool questions. DC vs Marvel. Reverse the names - reverse the powers.
Firestar - absorbs, manipulates and emits microwave radiation.
Starfire - absorbs, manipulates and emits ultraviolet radiation. She's also pretty strong and has warrior skills. Both are capable of unleashing a great amount of energy. But I have to ask myself...
What would I rather be hit with? UV or Microwave energy? Well - I've been exposed to UV all my life. Microwave - that's a different story...
Firestar puts on UV protection with an SPF of 1000, UV sunglasses and UV clothing. Starfire rips out a large door used on a microwave oven to use as a shield. The blasts start... Starfire isn't protected enough - her damage isn't as intense as her counterpart's microwave blasts.
When the smoke clears... Firestar walks away the winner...

Starfire. She has super alien strength and can shoot star bolts from her hands and her eyes.
