No. Almost all Bush critics accuse him of being a moron with an evil genius behind him. Usually the evil genius is Karl Rove or Dick Cheney.

I wrestle with this question. He has a LOT of help doing evil in what I call the Dumbya Coup. And he might be an idiot savant where his ONLY genius is doing evil.

No, I don't accuse him of any intelligence. I accuse his administration of being intelligent in an evil way. Bush is just their ignorant puppet. You don’t actually think he could arrange deals with Halliburton alone do you?
