If President Bush was put on trial would you protest to your senator/representative if you thought it was wrong? Write to the major news media? Write to local news media?

Put on trial for the War in Iraq
knew more about 9-11 and could have prevented it
i.e. everything the mainstream media blames him with
I'm not saying he did it, I want your opinion and would you write a letter, go to Washington, etc.

Absolutely. He obviously has worked well within his rights as our president and those threatening various form of legal harassment are attempting to undercut our method of democracy. I would not put up with that.
Neither would most people.
If you don't like the decisions Bush is making, than vote against the party in the next election. But, getting around our representational system with phony charges? That kind of thing could easily lead to civil war.

Yes because he has only 2 years left and the trial would take that long and would be a waste of money.

Well, it depends. If he committed a crime, like, oh, lying under oath and obstruction of justice, then he should be on trial.
If say, you want him on trial because you hate him because he's an "evil chimp mchitler oil puppet" or "war for oil" (or some other such idiocy), then not only would I write, I'd get my freaking guns out and march!

Yes I would, but not for the reason you may be thinking. I would protest any move that would make Dick Cheney president. Only those who really don't want to face the truth are still saying the President told the world the truth about the threat from Iraq. We went to war based on those lies and the countless lives lost are sickening. But please, please don't stick us with Cheney as president!!

not as long as it was a fair trial.. then if he came out innocent/guilty I'd support that (even though I'd grumble for a day or two if it was innocent, but I'd get over it)
