I notice that with changing weather I get light headed, weak and so tired. This also bring on some anxiety.... does anyone else have this problem? And if so how do you deal with it?

I am like that now. The light headed, weak, and tired part. I deal with it by going for a walk outside. Being out in the weather tends to get me used to it and the things wrong don't happen anymore. You could try this.

Yes a lot of people do. It sounds like you have allergies as the rest of the million and some people do. Be thankful you do not have arthritis. When the weather gets cold it makes arthritis worse.

You could have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) Check with a doctor before it could turn into depression!
