I would say he was hilarous as Kramer and it was good that he apologized for his mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, even celebrities. Everyone deserves a second chance, no matter how bad they screwed up.

Ditto to what mmd said. I'd bet $20 that before this stunt, 95% of the people never knew what Kramer's real name was. Another question to ask him is how much did the hecklers get paid to do the stunt with him?
