they make all kinds of additive products that people put in there cooling system. A comon one is called BAR's leak. I DO NOT recommend using these products. It may stop the leak but the additive can build up in water jackets, radiator and heatercore only causeing more expensive problems down the road. your best bet is to have a shop add a dye to the coolant. with a uv light they can pin point where it is leaking. I have seen a loose hose clamp due the same thing you are talking about

Most of the newer cars have aluminum radiators with plastic side tanks instead of the traditional brass construction. The best way, obviously, is to replace it. However I have had excellent luck with aftermarket stop leak products. Go to the local auto parts store and ask for Bars Leak or something similar. I know a lot of repair shops use it as insurance against possible problems when replacing radiators.

Depands on where it's leaking. Is there a puddle under the car when you park? If it's a slack hose connection, you'll spend nothing.
The fact that it holds pressure could mean that you have a blown gasket. That will cost. Call around and get some quotes.

Chances are the water pump has a pinhole leak that only opens up under pressure. Have the dealership pinpoint the problem for you. Head gasket, water pump seal, crack in the block, these are hard to chase down and find...usually only give themselves away when the engine's hot...

Where is the leak?
If it is a hose, replace the hose and/or hose clamp. If it is the heater or radiator core try a stop leak product. If it is a engine gasket leak, tighten the head & manafold bolts and use a copper based sealer to stop the leak.
