How on earth have we reached the point where there are "No Whites" zones in the UK? Why is this allowed to happen? Where are the people jumping up and down screaming "that's racist!" and doing something about it?
Or does the race card only work one way?
What happened to equality - does it, or will it ever exist?

Big Pen - yep there are, parts of Bradford and Oldham to name but two. There was a case a while back where a white nurse either got lost or broke down in her car in an area of Bradford - she was attacked with a machete for being "in the wrong area"

Don't get me wrong, we're not talking big neon signs flashing "No Whites" but there are definitey areas of the UK where white people are expected to avoid.

I'm fed up of people harping on about when terrible atrocities were committed by "my" ancestors in the past. How much longer do we have to feel responsible and accountable for something that happened so many years ago? I'm not jumping up and down over the witch trials, what is past is PAST - we need to move forward, learn from our combined mistakes and try and make this world a better place for everyone to live in - as EQUALS.
However, if some people are more "equal" than others it is just not going to work.
Equality for ALL... or not at all! You may as well just remove the darn word from the dictionary because in the here and now it means absolutely NOTHING.

i agree- doesn't matter if you're black, white, asian whatever. racist behaviour is wrong when it is aimed at other people based on their ethnicity and should therefore not be condoned. its not just blacks and asian victims who have a rough time experiencing it themselves, as whites can be victims of racism too

I think I understand what you mean... One of the consequences of the racism is the fact that people of the same "race" try to keep together all the time, they build businesses together as well as their houses and so on... For that reason, when you find a "muslim" area in the UK a white person would not feel welcome in that part of the city because muslims are expecting to look juts their own race in that place. Anyway, it is so dificult to find a solution by this point, because if you try to destroy those kinds of areas (like Chinatown, etc etc) it would be seen as racism. So the best to do is to respect each area and certainly if you are not part of them and you don't have anything to do in that place dont go! By the other hand, If you want to buy any kind of products there feel free to go but we aware of respect the place!!

Racism does not only work one way!!! It can work anyway and towards any race. As for only white zones in the uk this is all just your opinion of some places. There are a few horrible people in this country that do horrible unacceptable things like taking machete's to inocent members of the public. But don't just write off whole communities! There are some very rough places in this country where terrible crimes happen, but there are also many upper middleclass suburbs where even nastier things happen, open your eyes and see the bigger picture, open you mind and see how you are encouraging a negative view on anyone who feels they are a victim of prejudice.

seems to be the race card only works on way with the white person coming of worst. recently equality seems to have gone out the window wonder how many votes the bnp will get at the next election as a result of this

Is it racism or just a community controlling their environment, just as other communities do when they do not wish a certain group to enter their residential dwelling?
As Iceman said, even in the US, there are places that do not have signs for what they call "trespassing" and the people therein will do things to let others know they are not wanted in that particular part of their walk.
The "race" card, as you call it, works every way that we humans make it work.

Political correctness is unbelieveable now.
The people who are the worst off are middle aged white men. Think about it, there's no card they can pull!!
I don't have a problem with britain being multi-cultural. The problem is the tables are turning to the point where in certain areas white people are the extreme minority and they are enduring racism day in day out. It seems as though white people don't have the same rights as other cultures/religions when it comes to fighting this.
It's quite sad really

there are "no whites zones" in the US. they just don't need signs. there are just some areas that you just wont see any white people.
racism works both ways but there have been so many centuries of white pople believing they were superior to all other races its pretty much accepted now to give back what they gave. Its a double standrd that you pretty much have to accept. You cant cry foul now that the tables have been turned. Its not fair but it wasn't fair to enslve my ancestors (black people), push the native american off their homeland, lock up japanese for being japanese during WWII, assume all arabs are terrorists, imperialize the entire contient of Africa, enact Jim Crow laws,....I could go on all day

I was talking to an Asian friend the other day who doesn't want to go to a certain university because there are not enough Asians and too many white people, she said this at Uni, if I'd have said I wouldn't go because there was too many Asians, I'd be burnt at the stake!!

the same way as we had/have places in the US that minorities can/couldn't go.
it's hardly a one way street, except that wrong is wrong no matter which side you are on.
and you are making it sound like this is something that is being legally down. this is just as illegal as if someone pulled a black man over and beat him because he was on the wrong side of town.
this is something of few knuckle heads are doing, and the uk is trying to stop.
