no because that's a waste of electricity. turn them on only when peole will be around to enjoy them. no use in spending more money on an electric bill or potentially burning your house down, or wasting the energy.

i do! well, unless im not home for an extended period of time because trees are definitely flammable. id be careful about it, it could be a fire hazard, especially if your lights are older.
