You have to look for a job first. You can not just move here and then start looking for a job. I would recomend the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia or Oman. Look for Jobs there online first. After you got a job then ask for experience in that country. The middle east ist not all the same. If you need expatriate experience in uae, feel free to email me. I live in the uae.

I spent twelve years working for Saudi Arabian Airlines in Jeddah.
It was a great experience, but I am glad I am not there now and
have no desire to go back. They dont pay like they once did and
are anxious to get rid of the infidels. The uae countries are liberal
but not much to do there except drink. If the money is great,
the living conditions are probably not. I have been to Bahrain and
Dubai and they are ok for a visit, but I wouldnt want to live there.
Most of these countries are mostly desert and can be interesting
for a time, but...........

Check out United Arab Emerites, Bahrain, and Isreal. Be prepared to live in a hostile enviornment at times and depending on what nationality you are or male or female there are strong discriminations. Areas of Saudi Arabia women aren't allowed to drive a car, but 9 year old boys can. It's a completely different enviornment. Good luck!

If you want to give up most of your rights as a human being, being a woman, go ahead and go.

Dubai and UAE are probably the most modern in most regards. Lebanon is also pretty modern as far as human rights and religious freedom, but there's a lot of turmoil there.

I hope he's being paid well, you'll not enjoy much freedom as a foreigner in most ME countries.

the best place in the middle east is Lebanon. it is the most modern and tolerant of foreigners and gives you freedom of religion and speech. you will probably fall in love with the culture and the best night life in the middle east along with its friendly people. you should be able to handle some political problems, as you should be prepared for if you want to live in any middle eastern country.

I have lived in Amman Jordan for nearly 2 years and worked there as well. Its a great place to live, different culture and traditions, but do your reasearch first if you want to work there, in some places you will need to be a jordanian citizen (you need to have a jordanian passport) or on a work visa to be able to work in some places.
Great country, great people.. give it a go.
