There was a kid on Wordplay asking for words that end with al, and a chick answered with words ending in ull : gull, hull, bull, etc.
She erased her answer nearly immediately, so she probably hadn't read the whole question... (trying to give her the benefit of the doubt...)
I vote for yours though; in my life I have found that the most hilarious word mixups are people trying to use words that they don't have a clue as to their meaning!

1."WHICH IS BETTER PLASMA OR LCD TV...AND WHY?" ASKED EVERY DAY, NO ONE BOTHERS TO CHECK PREVIOUS ASKED QUESTIONS.
2. IF I DRIVE A BEETLE/MINI AM I /WILL PEOPLE THINK I'M GAY?"
IN GENERAL I'M BEGINNING TO THINK YAHOO ANSWERS IS A WASTE OF TIME. I ONLY ANSWER QUESTIONS I HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT, OFTEN DOUBLE CHECKING THE ANSWER FROM ANOTHER SOURCE. UNFORTUNATELY THAT'S NOT THE NORM.

"What is the most stupid answer of the day?" is a pretty stupid question to ask. Answerwise...i don't know.
You could have asked a better question like...."what is the funniest answer you have read all day?"
