Probably not, although as I former sprinter I hope he does well -- he hasn't played organized football since the 10th grade (about 8 or 9 years ago). He is obviously fast, but we don't know if he has the hands to catch the ball, the ability to run routes, or most importantly, the ability to withstand some hard hits. And he might get suspended in the NFL anyway for his substance use.

Maybe, Maybe not. It is hard to tell if a track guy is going to be any good at the sport of football until he has proved his ability on the field. If we go by the history of track guys converting into football players then the odds are not in Gatlin's favor. I will be routing for Justin but I will bet that he doesn't turn out to be a good football player even if he makes the Texans roster.

The only thing I could see him doing is Punt Returns and Kick Returns. He is 6 feet 1 inch and weighs 170. He might be to small for a WR. I think he could be like a Donte Hall.

i imagine it really is a sturdy selection to attempt out reason he likely wont be able to do music for a lengthy time period, yet I dont imagine he will make it. % is giant, yet until eventually he can teach he can take NFL hits, he wont make it in the NFL.

Not trying to be a smartass...but can he catch?
Running fast is one thing...but you actually have to catch the ball.
