cause all u have to do is try to steal its baby and itll maul u haha
getting struck by lightning isnt all that likly though the rubber tree wouldnt do much...u need like 2 mile thick rubber to cancel out lightning

Struck by lightning.------Pandas eat bamboo, so the likelihood of a panda out on a stroll coming up to you by a rubber tree, and feeling put out enough to maul you are even slimmer than the probability that you'll be fried to a crisp by lightning there.

I would say struck by lightning next to a rubber tree. I've heard that pandas are supposed to be fairly gentle and docile animals.
