marshmellow creme fudge

One 11 oz.bag milk chocolate chips
One cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups granulated sugar
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 can (5oz.) evaporated milk
6 Tbs. butter
2 tbs. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4-1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Line 9 inch square pan with foil. Butter foil or spray with Pam, and put aside.
Combine sugar, syrup, milk, butter and put in a heavy saucepan, which has been buttered all the way to the top.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a full boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes, (no longer). Remove from heat; add chocolate chips, (which have been warmed in the microwave), and vanilla.

Stir in marshmallow creme and stir until smooth, and well blended. Pour into prepared pan, and cool for several hours. Cut into squares.

I like to made baked yams....them put marshmellows all over the top and bake it for a few more minutes. Yum. Also you can make Krispy Treats and fudge with them. Try making the cereal treats with Fruity Pebbles or Cocoa Pebbles for a change in flavor. Yummy!

2 boxes pistachio pudding, large cool whip, can of crushed pineapple, 2 cans mandarin oranges drained, add marshmellows.....mix all together....leave in refrigerator over night

OOOOohhh stack them one on top of each other (Three for one) and use melted chocolate to hold them together and use sprinkels for eyes and buttons and you have a marshamellow snowman!!!
