No snow, but really windy in So Cal.
Not sure about bizarre/weird, but how about stupid? People stand in my building, look outside as the trees are bending to the ground and say " Is it windy out?" WTF!!!!!!!!!!!

It is snowing here. And the most bizarre thing happened. I took my car into the dealership today and I was hoping not to get screwed. They not only told me that there'll be no charge for the repairs to my vehicle, but they gave me a free rental car to drive until it's fixed.

Well I don't know if this is exciting but here goes. The battery in my car died while I was at work "uptown". Jake (my dog) and I had to walk home about 1 kilometer, downhill (thank goodness). It was 12:15 pm when we arrived home. I left Jake there and hot footed it down to my mechanic (they close for lunch at 1:00 pm) to make arrangements to jump the battery and get the car down to the garage. Since he is a distant relative (almost everyone in town is related to everyone else. We are after all only 4200 people here) he closed early and we went back to the car and we were able to jump the battery and I left the car overnight waiting for a new battery (he didn't have one in stock). I went this morning and she is all fixed and running great. Now all I have to do is to figure out how to get the security code into the radio so that I can listen to music again. Unfortunately, the owner's manual is in French and no, I don't speak French. Oh well, I'll figure it out eventually. (ha ha). I found some great pictures in the manual and my italian helped, and now I have music again!

It's not snowing now in central Florida, but believe it or not, we actually did see a few flakes around here last week! That's bizarre!

Haha did you just watch that stupid movie Snow Day. Nothing happens when it snows, although I have been known to have good luck on rainy days.
