Why does my malle guppy keep killing my female guppies and then stays at the bottom of the tank for 2 days?

That's odd... guppies are typically very placid fish. How many females has he killed? Try getting a large group of females so he has a lot of 'other' things to do.

What size is your tank? How often do you clean the water? Do you have any other fish? What is the temperature of the water? Do you have decorations like plants, for fish to hide in?

one you probbably got the wrong type of fish like they may be guppys not the same exact species and also there are three types of fish passive such as a neon tetra they dont fight semi agressive such as cyclids they wont attack each other but if another species other than them is entrocuced they will then there is aggreesive such as beta fish they kill anything it seems it could be gender taratorial aggrressive fish if it dosnt work relocate the fish and get a new male guppy and a female guppy of the exact same species and see if it works out hope that helps.

This info seems to boardly meet some of your problem:
Typically, the "established" fish have, or display, dominance over fish that are subsequently added to the aquarium. (Timing can be very important when adding fish.)

apparently you are doing something wrong (not to accuse you or anything) my guppies are happy and very fate. if your ratio is messed up them the males my be killing her when they fight it should be 2 females to 1 male. or your just getting sick fish.

The male will always kill the female. I cannot imagine how they copulate.
