No NFL teams since the early 90s have held open tryouts. The only football teams that hold open tryouts nowadays are Arena Football.

Yes almost everyteam hold open tryouts at the beggining of the season before mini-camp. I have a bunch of buddies who tried out for the Steelers. It costs money to do, varying amounts based on the team and location. Contact each team to find dates and they should be able to give you the exact specifications of dates and times.

Philadelphia does prior to the mini-camp sessions and training camps. Check how many players on their current roster are "free-agent" signs. Good Luck

You better be able to bench 400+ and run 4.3-4.6. Skill positions guys r olympic caliber athletes or close to it. Ask yerself if youd be a top 5 player at USC Notre Dame or Mia. if not don't bother youre not good enough.
