Fill the bottom of the pot with water, enough so it will not dry out, add a couple tbs. of baking soda and boil this in the pot. Once the water boils the scorched area should be easier to clean.

there is an aluminum air purifier this is obtainable in the variety of powdered Comet and the can seems the comparable (short can). this is in maximum grocery shops. it will make your pots seem variety new. super stuff. Sorry i don't be attentive to the variety yet, i'm out of the stuff stunning now. this is stunning up on the shelf with the copper air purifier, Bar keepers pal (works, too), etc. this is not gonna scratch it up.

This sounds too easy to be your real problem. But soak the pan in hot soapy water for a few minutes then clean with steel wool. If it's thick on the bottom after a few minutes you might be able to remove some of it with a spatula then finish with steel wool.

either put some dawn in the pan, and boil on the stove, or you can put a fabric sheet in the bottom of the pan, fill with water and let it set for 24 hours. It will break free.

If you boil some water with a little bit of Dawn dish liquid in it, then it should help the milk come out.
