How do I zoom a webpage. I know the shortcut ctrl + scroll wheel on mouse but I have a laptop w/o a mouse?

It's for internet explorer 6 and I already tried to increase the text size it's not that it's the whole page and even the pictures and everything is super tiny and the whole page is in one corner of the screen

For firefox and internet explorer, go to view, text size and increase or decrease, or you can hold ctrl + the "+" or "-" key.

You could try increasing the font size. Under the View menu, select the Text size that gives you the desired effect.
