Raider Nation Rules!
1. Al Davis must die. This might be impossible because I am pretty sure he is an evil robot. This is a huge problem, because no self-respecting coaches will work for Davis.
2. Dump all QB's. Aaron Brooks may have been the worst off season aquisition this year. Walters and Tuiasosopo are sub par quarterbacks.
3. Reward the defense and renew the offense. This is a good defensive team, but the offense is terrible. Get rid of Porter and Moss to free up some capital for the O-line.
4. Encourage the fans to be louder and drunker - because that's what going to Raider games is all about!

But we've done all that almost every year. I've been a fan for years and keep hoping that something will change. We have been through head coaches almost every other year, it just seems to get worse each time. That can't be the answer. We try to bolster our offensive line every year, practically every team every year attempts this, so this is nothing new. You can't jettison all the older players as you need experience to teach the young talent, but this too is ongoing every year. I think the only thing we have left to try, that we have never thought about, is to change management at the very highest level. Al Davis has been with the Raiders some 40+ years now. And during his time, he built awesome teams and won superbowls. But you get to a point in a man's life where change becomes difficult. Football isn't the same as it was when Al Davis was in the groove and winning football games. And he surrounds himself with his loyalists that agree with his style (former raiders from the 60's and 70's). So I see very little change in style coming from the Davis team. Football has kinda left Al Davis behind, and he refuses to accept the inevitable. Al Davis will never leave, only until his health prevents him from going any further. And this may take years. So until that happens, I see nothing but doom and gloom for the Raiders. Anyone else see it any differently? If so, let me know, cause I would like to know also.

I purely herd about this! i'm taken aback! I truly were a Raider fan because they back to Oakland. I hated Jeff George. He threw way too many interceptions. We booed him many cases at video games. Raider followers isn't satisfied. Tuiasosopo is a goner. i'm taken aback we haven't %. up Vince Evans. he's the appropriate age for a Raider. i'm no longer constructive if he has a criminal record or no longer, yet when he does, he change into born a Raider!

They already got a new coach!!
They have good players....bad QB
They need to put some money in buying some better players..
Yes trading draft picks will help too....
Try getting some kickass RB/LB like Larry Johnson or P.Holmes...as one of them has to leave KC....
Should have picked Brees while he was a free agent...
Get rid of Randy Moss, as he is a very good player but they can get some reasonable players at the same cost!!

get a new Coach and owner
New Offensive Line
Need a better QB, Walter and Brooks suck
Get new colors, the colors are ugly and looks horrible.
1st round pick needs to be a QB or RB. They need to draft smarter.

I say 2. I used to date this guy who played for the Raiders in the 70s. His name was Mike Davis and he was the biggest ******** in America, so maybe it is his bad karma causing the problems.
