City goalkeeper in the 1920' or 30' was Wood, don't know his first name, can you help?

Hello my great uncle was a Man City footballer in the 1920 / 30's. I have searched various sites but can't find any reference to him. Can you help please it will be much appreciated and help me with my family tree
