In a situation where the President and Vice President are both incapacitated, the Speaker of the House of Representatives would be next in line. The Speaker would serve as Acting President until either the President or Vice President recovered.
This is prescribed in the Presidential Succession Act.
Note that the Speaker has to RESIGN both as Speaker and as a representative in Congress in order to take the oath as Acting President, even if he's only going to serve for a day. This is due to the separation of powers (you don't want a member of the legislative branch running the executive branch).
Next in line is the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, who would have to resign as President Pro Tempore and as a Senator in order to become Acting President.
Next are most of the secretaries of the executive departments. Taking the oath constitutes resignation from their cabinet office.
Aren't you glad you asked?

Speaker of the House. As for the thought of Nancy Pelosi potentially being in command being scary, I don't understand where anyone would find that something to fear. She was against the unnecessary war in Iraq, she's for lowering the interest rates on student loans that Bush & Co. jacked up. She's also in favor of actually being fiscally responsible, whereas the Republicans who pledged to be responsible and calling for a "balanced budget amendment" to the Constitution have done naught but cut taxes and spend more and more money that the government doesn't have, partially due to cutting taxes.

no person, they dont get kicked out of workplace until they are impeached and that they are sentenced to be removed from workplace, yet whilst they are elected they stay in until they are bumped off or step down. Now in the event that they are bumped off or step down then it may be the speaker of the domicile
