Look - its obvious why you dont want sex with him cos you say he's a bully and a liar. But NEVER agree to give up all your assets just for freedom, you don't know what position you will be in at a different stage of your life. You might need all the assets you have now to live on. See a lawyer to sort it out. If you are not married and you say 'partner' so i dont suppose you are, then the house is yours isnt it? if you are happy for him to have the rest then walk away - if not then fight for whatever is fairly yours.

You say he's a bully and a liar. Being open and vulnerable, as in "sex", is extremely uncomfortable with a partner viewed as such. It is impossable to relax and enjoy in this situation. That's why you don't want to have sex with him any longer.
You have some hard choices to make about how to live your life. Good luck. You may need to get a gun and training for it's use if you think he will stalk you. He sounds like he could be dangerous to you.

If he has no problem with you just having the house, then he may just want some thing in writing, because it sounds to me as if the bothof you have business minds. You should also try to let him understand that you aren't trying to hurt o take anything from him, then you two may even see eye to eye, and can go on with yor lives.

My husband enjoyed having intercourse while i became into pregnant. He advised me I had on no account been greater horny on account that I had a large pregnant abdomen haha. it is no longer bizarre in spite of the undeniable fact that, men get freaked out approximately stuff like that. basically attempt to get it by his innovations that the infant has NO concept what is going on. it is not gross or bizarre and the infant isn't scarred from it. sturdy luck! :o)

Fight. Something in me says be skeptical of his motives. I'm not saying i'm right, I'm just saying it sounds a bit strange. i wouldn't want to connect with a bully and a liar either. In my shoes, I'd drop him/her.

Sex is more than a physical act--you know that. If your feelings are not as deep as they used to be, get out.
The house is in your name--keep the house and forget the rest.
