Try redirecting your attention to the good in your life rather than "what you're missing".
It is OK to have dreams and aspirations but you should always remember that there are good things in your life that you may have taken for granted.
And just in case your question was more focused on not being able to achieve a single dream you are pursuing for a long time - you may need to re-assess whether your goal is achievable. You don't have to drop it if the chances are slim, but you need to adjust your expectations accordingly.
Hope I helped...

Speak it as though it were and it will be unto you- sometimes you just have to say it a lot.
When you've tried everything else you may just want to explore God's love for you.
Ask anything in My Son's name and it shall be given unto you according to His will, riches and glory... or something like that. You don't have to memorize The Holy Bible- rather it adopts you.
The only thing you have any control over in life is your attitude. I have found a great outlook on life is contagious and when I finally hooked up with the Creator of the Universe. it multiplied exponentially. God is good, all the time. Love you!

Stay positive and continue to create/share/spread positive energy. That way you do not dwell on what you don't have and you continue to work with happiness and no expectations and then if/when you get what you've been working on, it is a pleasant surprise.
Plus, it's like money--if you spend it (positive energy) there's more of it out there and more likelihood that it will and can come back to you. :)

good things come to those who wait! Of course, if you're not getting what you want it may be a blessing. Here's another adage: Be careful of what you want; you might get it!
I wish you had said what it is that you want.

"life's a b*tch, then you die" ??? that's what my dad always says. of course, i don't really accept that. life sucks for everyone sometimes. just keep that in mind if you feel like you're being singled out for punishment.

Ask Lord to give you understanding as to why you are not getting what you want (BTW, Lord gives you what you need). Maybe what you want is what you don't need.
