Do you mean the IP address, i.e. the Internet Protocol address of you computer? If so, then go to:

http://checkip.dyndns.org
or
http://whatsmyip.org

goto IPWHOIS Lookup box and enter the ip address and press ok
and then press whois, this will give the address of the isp.
