Should men notify the women that they used to talk to on the phone, etc. that they are now married or wait until they call his cell phone?

What kind of relationship are we talking about here? If a woman calls you and she was ALWAYS just a good friend of yours, then no problem letting her still call you. Introducing such a woman to your partner would also be a good idea, to expand the friendships and to maintain trust.
If a woman may call that is an old girlfriend, then i think talking to your partner about what to do is the way to go. You got married because you love this other person, so be sure to share things with them to have a great and open relationship.

Good lord, that could be one long list dear. I say if they call his cell phone and its been so long since he spoke to them that he has gotten married, he owes them no explanation of any kind. When they call he can inform then he is married and please don't call me again. Simple. Or better yet, change to a new number if this is a frequent problem.

If youve spoken recently then the normal thing to do is tell the lady you are getting married or are married. If you havent spoken in a long time then I would say he is not obligated to call everyone he once spoke to.
