If you click undo you are asking everyone to undo your last card that you played. On the left side of your table screen there is a place where you can cancel your game. You have the option of asking all to cancel which most deny. Other option is quit and forfiet. You lose rating points when you do that.

UNDO undoes what you just did. If you are getting a message that says you can't undo now, it is too late to undo because another player has already passed their 3 cards.
To cancel just click the "x" that closes the game window, a small gray box should pop up and ask if you want to quit and forfeit, quit and cancel or nevermind, in order to cancel, all 4 players must agree to cancel.

Undo takes away the last play. To cancel the game, click quit. Then in the box that comes up click cancel. Everyone has to approve the cancel.
