As an Iranian, I should say you "Ahmadi Nejad"s speeches and letters are a bunch of his strange ideas, not all of the Iranian ideas.

Here we don't concern to his strange speeches. I suggest you don't worry about Iran's activities in base on "Ahmadi Nejad" speeches and letters ;)

Iran and US had some dialogs but some US policies like invading to Iraq and Afghanistan and occupying those countries made this situation worse.

Iran's government is worry about US policy and its goals, so someone like "Ahmadi Nejad" succeeded in last presidency election.

All Iran wants out of any dialog with the US is to let us know what we need to do for them and what we need to back them on , so they will quit supplying the insurgents with weapons and people... This garbage the Democrats are suggesting is crazy . They honestly believe Syria and Iran give a thought about what we want.. Give me a break while we converse they continue supporting Hezbollah and the insurgents .

If we Americans....scratch that. Any Westerner who buys into anything this homicidal lunatic has to say is asking for what they get. The man is not reasonable in any fashion and speaks from both sides of his mug with every statement. He tries very hard to come off sounding very fatherly and reasonable. If you fall for this, you get what you get. The man was part of the hostage taking in the Carter administration. Watch him in his speeches and pay attention to not only what he is saying but how his body language conveys his thoughts. He believes what he spouts to be absolute truth. And yes sir, I agree it makes things worse. Worse for our soldiers overseas because many in this country want so desperately to believe we can negotiate and calmly reason with murdering terrorists.

There is definitely a need....if bush can come down off his high horse & understand he represents all Americans not just Haliburton & the oil companies...and the illegal aliens, of course. Bush should be impeached for not securing our borders within hours of 9/11 - among other things!
Just read the letter - your right it will make it worse...bush has proven himself to be a stubborn, spoiled little rich boy that always gets his way....regardless who it hurts. I say give his & Cheneys daughters a gun & put them on the front lines & see if he changes his tune!

he is playing to the leftist terrorist sympathizers and he did a very good job at that. He sure knows exactly what he is doing. Just like Osama and the north Vietnamese. let the people of our country rot the core before he destroys us. I cant stand this tyrannical nut ball but I admire the shear gall and politics he plays

I don't agree with the 1st premise. Iran wants to destroy us & our way of life. Their leaders are evil & irratinal. Nothing good can possibly come from talking to them. The letter proves this.
