You can use hairspray for firm hold. I used it on a glittery top and it held most of it in place. Take a handbag sized can when you go out to top up. Good Luck hope it works for you!

I have found nothing that keeps glitter from falling off a shirt.

Don't mess with it (like touching and pulling at it) and put it inside-out before you wash and dry it. Oh yeah, and also try hairspray! ^_^ good luck!

nails will hold mostly anything in place if you drive them in hard enough.
