One can only hope that Democrats would have the level of decency to confirm Bush's nominees, like the Republicans did when Clinton nominated the ultra-leftist Ruth Buzzy Ginsburg. This is because Bush was elected by the people to be in this position to nominate judges.
They really do not have the right to dismiss a nominee just because they disagree with their judicial outlook.

Not if Bush pushes hardcore conservatives my senator will be chairman of the judicial committee and is a Vermont liberal he won't let a scalia or thomas wanna be pass his committee. This is not to say other conservatives can't get by. He is fair and voted for roberts I think though don't quote me on that.

Due to Global warming, the loss in number of the common house sparrow, the war in Iraq maybe maybe not...
Do you recall in the 1970's when there was intense talks of "Global Cooling?" Every Human, Animal and Plant would be frozen to smithereens... i seem to think it was blamed on cow gases...
