why has president bush not been brought to trial for his involvement in the 9/11 attacks?

there is so much overwhelming evidence of governmental involvement in the september 11th attacks on the twin towers and so many questions still unanswered, should bush be brought before a court on a count of high treason?

Bring up this "evidence", and don't give me the bullshit of "the government destroyed it". You say you have evidence, why aren't you already bringing charges? Let me give you a small course in Law here: by your not turning over of any "evidence" implicating the administration, you are guilty of aiding and abeding on each and every count of whatever indictment you'd wish brought against the Bush Administration.

Oh, there's also good evidence than the plane did hit the Pentagon. Look for the image of Donald Rumsfield pulling the shorn, jagged section of the tailfin from part of the Pentagon wreckage. Then go to the office of the Secretary of Defense, and look at it hanging up on the wall in there.

I swear, all you wackos should be brought before a shrink and judged, even though the verdict is already in.

Here is my spin on 9/11 conspiracy theories....The whole thing was master minded by Bill Clinton, Al Gore, and the Democratic Party in the last few years they were in office. Through the public opinion polls conducted through out the late 90's they knew defeat was really very possible, especially since Gore is a total idiot. So they started pumping money into Bin Ladin's terrorist group...make several fake attempt to capture or kill him...to keep up the appearance that they were doing something about terrorism....so after their failed attempt to get elected by using the theory that the dumb people who could not read ballots, or know how many people they could vote for at one time really voted for them was shot down by the Constitution and the Supreme Court and trying everything they could to get the Military Absent T ballots disqualified (sad that they would rather have a dimpled chad counted than a service member's real vote.) they knew it was time to enact their plan....So Bill decideds it is time to contact Osama through the little radio he had planed in Monica's mouth and knowing it could only be activated by touching it with a special device he had place in his "Willie", he sent the message that it was time to begin...and we all know what happened on 9/11...But Bill and Al knew they were safe because the Liberal Media would look for anyone but the terrorists to blame for the attack and wacko people who have watched too many Scifi movies would cook up so many hair brained theories trying to connect the attack to the US goverment...they all sat back and laughed as their plan became what it is today...it was like shooting fish in a barrel...they got the Democrats back into power in the congress and they punished the awful military who voted against them...how about this for you...sound good? Could it have happened...you decide....

a individual could would desire to be a moron and an anti-American to even provide any attention to such inflammatory and actually ridiculous innovations. human beings have a complicated time understanding what's real and untrue. Many opt to stick to such lies only because of the fact they have a political bent. i'm Republican yet i could in no way even think of of blaming such hideous insanity on a Democratic American much less a Democratic President. no be counted what occasion the President belongs to he's our President and our chief. we would desire to continually a minimum of be respectful despite if we disagree with him/her on particular themes. The 9/eleven assaults have been from the suggestions of Bin encumbered and others like him who hate us, our usa, and our subculture. they could only as quickly that we could all go through and die. they do no longer understand God nor do they understand the certainty. Overwhelming evidence???

You can cite evidence that doesn't exist. There are a few questions that can be raised, yes, but 'evidence' like the documentary 'loose change' would never stand up in court. I don't believe that he orchestrated the bombings, but I think that his highly erratic behaviour after 9/11 was due to the immense amount of money Saudi Arabians (the nationality of 15/19 of the bombers) had in US banks- had he invaded a nation that actually was connected with 9/11, USA would collapse.

If Bush does something wrong, he just committs a war crime (since when was a pre-emptive strike half way round the world legal?) sends Americans to be killed, and when somebody complains he just calls them anti-patriotic, and dishonouring the dead.

No wonder he refuses to recognise the International Criminal Court and the UN resolutions. Rather like Israel.

have you ever played the game "dots?" where you place dots in rows and in a coulmns then one person makes a line and another person makes another and lines are drawn everywhere before anything gets put together to make a box where you would initial. well it's sort of like that. get a piece of paper and place even just 4 dots separated to make a square. now connect them..how many times are you able to connect them? tons and tons of ways.. so no matter "how much" people say that they should just "connect" the dots and put him in jail they cannot because well as you can see from your drawing it is impossible to just connect the dots in only one way!

The problem is that the executive branch and its various departments are better today at hiding and destroying evidence than the Nixon folks were. It is difficult to get hold of the tangible evidence. I believe that they were minimally complicit in the 9-11 attacks, but the evidence is mostly circumstantial.

What I pray for is that someone with a conscience in the administration will come forth to tell the true, whole story; but odds are that person would be assassinated.

evidence of anything other then Michael Moore's obvious
mental problems.

Now, other then that where is the evidence. Show me the
