everythime me and my fiance try. when he ejaculats it seems to leak out can you tell me what to do in order to get pregant.

i have also been takin prenatal vitmins to help out.

Before you try to get pregnant you should see your doctor and get a check up. After he ejaculates in you, you should remain laying down for at least fifteen minutes. What leaks out is meant to so don't worry about that. You should have sex in missionary position and don't test out gravity:)

Position sometimes makes all the difference. Usually the best position for conception is missionary, because there is less chance for sperm to leak out right after wards. As soon as your fiance ejaculates, lift your pelvis up and have him slide a pillow under your butt. You can also bring your knees to your chest and wrap your arms around them to help keep your pelvis elevated. Do this for at least 20 minutes after sex. If possible, lay down for a while to keep the sperm in for as long as possible. There is always going to be some sperm that comes out, which is why there is so much to begin with. Out of all the millions, only one needs to reach the egg. Also, watch your cervical mucus. When you see it looks like raw egg-whites, that's the best time to have sex because that mucus actually helps protect the sperm. Good luck.

If you have good quality cervical mucas it should not leak out. What could be leaking out is your naturally occurring lubricant.
I highly recommend reading Taking charge of Your Fertility - I stayed up almost all night last night reading it - and learned SO much from it - all the stuff my mom and my sex ed teacher never told me!

lay on your back with a pillow under your buttocks for 20 minutes , or try intercourse on you hand and knees with him behind you. As far as it all leaking out usually some remains behind. Also make sure that he is deep with in whe he ejaculates.

its doesnt matter if some leaks out, because as soon as he gets off in you, the "good" sperm reaches the egg in seconds, what leaks out if "bad" sperm. So if you arent getting pregnant it isnt because of it leaking, its just not working! better luck next time!
