Make sure you enable active x controls in your browser and have a new versionof Sun Java installed.

Do you have a pop up blocker? Check around your toolbar for a message about something being blocked. You should be able to set it to always allow Pogo. Also, it could be your Java. Just search for "Java download" or, click on my link and use the Windows download option at the top.

Try holding the ctrl key down when you go into a room to play a game. This should bypass any pop up blocker you may have installed.

when u click to open a game press the control key at the same time
