I purchased 2 games today, Dream vacation and top ten solitare card games. I checked and a payment of $19.99 shows being charged to my credit card. When I try to play a game it shows that I have to buy it again. I did get a new card number as I lost the one you have on file.

call your credit card company and cancel payment,then reorder with new card. or try this.
1.If you haven't downloaded the game already, go to the Yahoo! Games website, find the game you bought, and click on "Download Game" to download your game.
2.Open the game and click on the "Activate your license" link.
3.Sign in to your Yahoo! account using your Yahoo! ID and password.
4.Yahoo! will then check your account for your game license, and then activate the game on your computer

Yeah! previous psgames could desire to be saved on previous memory enjoying cards. Like, I definitely have Spyro for the unique Playstation. And each time I play it, I frequently could desire to start over, cuz you cant keep it! New psgames could nicely be saved on New memory enjoying cards :)
