can i use beta carotene supplement for my uromastyx lizard. when shuld i use it how should i use it etc.. its to get her skin healthier and brighter

instead of the supplement, why not shred some fresh carrots into thier salads- it serves the same purpose (healthy bright skin) and is better for them. If you opt for the supplement, the ones I've seen come in powder form and are usually sprinkled on food. Make sure you have adequate lighting (uva and uvb) so your Uro can properly absorb the nutrients.

I don't know hardly anything about the lizards around on the mainland but I do have Betta's and I'm pretty sure u can use it on lizards. I use it on all my fish including my puffer so I think u can. :)
